New paper submission for contributed sessions will start from November 15, 2021 to March 15, 2022.


Important Notes
Each author may submit one paper only. Being a co-author in multiple papers is acceptable, provided that each author would present only one paper.
Accepted papers will be presented in contributed sessions of three to four papers each.

    Duration for Contributed Paper20 minutes will be allowed.

    Presentation should be made in English (no simultaneous interpretation provided).

    Prepare your Presentation FilePlease prepare your presentation file in MS Power Point or in PDF.

    Bring your PPT file on a USB memory stick. Please make sure that the file is copied correctly onto the USB.

    If you use special font other than standard Microsoft Office font, please bring the font file itself.

    Presentation monitor aspect ratio is 4:3.

    Audio Visual Equipment in the Session RoomAll presenters should use only venue facilities. Each session room will be equipped with a desktop computer operated in Windows and a beam projector.

    Presenters are requested not to use their own laptop computer in order to ensure the smooth operations of the session.
